Couldnt have asked for better service. The staff member arrived early which was very helpful, was really friendly and professional. He was very communicative when it came to pick up and kept us updated on times. The little soft play we hired was perfect for our 1 year old and even the bigger kids enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Hi just wanted to thank FT Castles for stepping in at the last minute to save our daughters special birthday. We had booked with another company who let us down we was beside ourselves as our little girls so wanted a pretty castle. FT Castles had a choice of faces which was brilliant.
