Hi just wanted to thank FT Castles for stepping in at the last minute to save our daughters special birthday. We had booked with another company who let us down we was beside ourselves as our little girls so wanted a pretty castle. FT Castles had a choice of faces which was brilliant. The service was brilliant and the guy was polite and made sure our little girl poppy had a wonderful time with her family and friends. Thanks so much you saved the day.
